A special shout out to Alisha for being so responsive and quick to action anything asked! This morning our front door smart lock wouldn’t lock & unfortunately there was no manual key lock so it needed to be sorted asap.. I let Alisha know and within 2 hours the handyman had already been to look at it and advised it needed replacing. Alisha then organised a locksmith to fit a new lock that had a manual key option incase the issue ever happened again. Absolute legend Alisha!We appreciate you very much and thank you for looking after us 😊

1 week into lease so far (early days I know) and my property manager has already proven to be very attentive and easy to deal with.Prior to moving in the property manager was very attentive to all my questions about the property and lease. Upon moving in had issues with the hot water; tradesman was booked within 30 minutes of reporting through tenant portal, hot water working within 3 hours!So far a wonderful and all customer focused (not just landlord focused) business, which is a nice breath of fresh air when it comes to dealing with Real Estate businesses. Will try to update this review ongoing with my lease.Update: nearly 2 years in and renewed for another year. All the above will stands, property manager has been really great with clear communication and addressing any concerns it maintenance requests raised.

Amazing Property Managers. We are a large family with pets and moved from Townsville to Brisbane. The thought of renting was very daunting, but we needed to while we settled into our new surroundings. Kieran, Giorgio and the Team at Odyssey were amazing from the intial enquiry online to the rental agreement. Nothing was too much trouble and the response from the Team with queries or maintenance was brilliant. Highly recommend as either a Landlord or Tenant.

Unfortunately I don't have anything positive to say so I'll leave it at 1 star.Edit: That's not very helpful is it 😂I would avoid these property managers after the experience we have had, however you never know until you try, and maybe you will only have good things to say like the other 80 reviews.Unfortunately that was not the case for us and we had to move on after 3 to 4 years of progressively worsening communication (things started off great back in 2019 but took a turn for the worse since the start of 2021)Maybe it is different if you have multiple properties with them but all portfolios have to start at 1 and I am glad we didnt give Odyssey the two subsequent properties we have purchased since then.

Ok, I’m not normally one for posting feedback but I needed to do this because of the outstanding dealings I’ve had with the Odyssey Team and most notably my dealings with Alicia.Let’s be honest. Traditionally as a renter, you can feel somewhat “less important, or deprioritised” in the grand scheme of things. But dealing with Alicia and the team has been a dream. They are responsive , professional and supportive in any part of your renting journey. Whether it’s a ( a very rare) payment enquiry, a curly Maintenance request or a friendly and pain-free routine inspection.Most recently I’m in the painful process of moving as my place was sold and in comes Alicia bending over backwards to help me find a place, prioritise my availability and needs in the exiting process. Whilst sadly I won’t be continuing a rental with the Odyssey group, Alicia has continued her guidance and advice in locating the best fit for me, even just letting me know she submitted a reference for me. It’s the little things ….Thanks Odyssey Property group. You’re all bunch of superstars!!!

We secured a rental in Brisbane remotely from Canberra because of COVID-19. Kieran was just so helpful and accommodating, and helped make the process so easy, especially compared to some other agents who seemed to have no tolerance for anything out of their routine.Our timing was terrible and we signed the Brisbane lease on the day the ACT went into lockdown, which was then extended for months preventing us from crossing the border into Queensland. We had no choice but to break the contract we had signed, but Kieran really partnered with us with empathy and practical assistant that helped make a really difficult situation so much easier. Thanks to him we kept our costs in breaking the least to the absolute minimum and we are so thankful for his professionalism, kindness and wisdom in navigating the situation.If you want to work with someone who actually understands people and cares about positive outcomes beyond just ticking boxes, I would absolutely recommend Odyssey. We will definitely be working through them when we finally do make the move.

WOW what can I say.. Best property managers I have had the pleasure of dealing with. The inspection reports don't have just a few photos and a couple of paragraphs as I was sadly used to - instead they are the most extensive I have ever received and they are a pleasure to read - many, many photos and the key information I need. Their other great asset is responsiveness. These guys return calls and they do so quickly. And right now in the era of COVID - responsiveness is exactly what a landlord needs - that and good advice. If you are with another property manager you should shift to these guys right away.

Kieran manages Odyssey like these were his own properties. His attentiveness to tenants needs goes above beyond. Odyssey took over as our property agent when the owner shifted his portfolio and we have never had a problem. He is prompt to respond to calls, messages and unlike some property agents who see tenants as beneath their clients needs, he treats everyone on the same level. Not to mention his funny light hearted sense of humour makes everyone comfortable.Currently I am renting due to changes, however am looking to branch out into an property investment portfolio and I would have no one else but Kieran and his team at Odyssey handle my properties, plus now he his opening up 2 more offices soon (1- Deception Bay, 1-Bulimba) it broadens my search knowing properties will be cared for.
