Now before we get into the pitch that will bore you to death, lets just close our eyes and let our imagination do the work.

Picture this, its a quiet Sunday morning, youre there, standing on the bike path at the edge of the river, you bathe in the warm sunlight. The river is calm and peaceful, you take a deep breath and smile, finally getting that much needed alone time.

Making your way up the lift, you enter the lounge and feel the air conditioning kick in, one that also extends to both your bedrooms. You make your way to the designer kitchen, what you wanted to do was to see what had caused that sound. However, you are easily distracted by that massive fridge surrounded by elegant Miele appliances and end up grabbing a snack.

As you enjoy your little treat you happen to see the cause of that brash interruption, centre stage, lied pieces of broken glass, with grape juice spilled everywhere and paw prints leaving the scene of the crime. You curse the moment you offered to take care of the neighbours cat.
You had to find that feline before it did any more damage.
You could find nothing before sweeping the master bedroom. You even swept the adjoining laundry, walk in robe and en-suite there, but still you find nothing. A quick look towards the river from the master bedroom to see if the culprit was lurking in the distance and you were done the room was clear.

Nothing. No trace. Your mind begins to calculate possible getaway routes the city glider bus is close, CBD is less than 10 minutes away, NBN internet access is a go. But who are you kidding? Youre no detective, you dont have the slightest clue where that feline is.

Finally, you have run out of places to look except one final path of escape the large balcony facing directly onto the river; but again, you find nothing.

You give off a sigh of defeat, but the feeling was short-lived. A fluttering like sound echoed through the empty house the front door you think, shes trying to escape. You rush for the door in an effort to capture your prey, you pounce at the beast only missing it by a hairs breadth and BOOM, you end up bashing your head in the door.

Your situation right now is no different, for this property is more slippery than that cat. Wait any longer and you might lose your chance.
