My representative is Alisha. She provides a really effective communication style and is always honest in her appraisals in regards to maintenance issues and current rental prices applicable to the tenant. She provides a realistic balance which provides confidence as a landlord, however, also advocates for the tenant. I think this balance keeps a real estate business at the head of their industry as a prejudice either way is a conduit to negative vibes for a business that has two clear sides of their industry.
